## When is homework due? Can I turn it in late?

**Homework** will be due on Thursday in my mailbox, by 9 pm (when the building will be locked). You can also hand it in during class. No late homework will be accepted. I'll ignore one of the problem sets, so save that for when you fall ill, or have an especially busy time. If you do all the problem sets, I'll drop the lowest score.

The course text is Linear Algebra Done Right, by Sheldon Axler. We shall follow its syllabus fairly closely, although I may sometimes supplement it with other materials.
